(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis teen is behind bars and will be tried as an adult on murder charges.
16-year-old Avic Lacy was arrested Friday for the murder of 34-year-old Ray Ivory. Ivory was shot on January 14, and died the next day at IU Health Methodist Hospital from his wounds.
An arrest warrant was issued for Lacy, formally charging him with murder, robbery, use of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and carrying a handgun without a license.
