Investigators were monitoring Green's activity Wednesday night.
They say Green and another man, identified as 45-year-old Joseph Sidener, drove to Clarksville, Indiana and broke into a business. Investigators alerted local law enforcement while the pair was committing the burglary.

EPD says they will be reviewing reports in order to connect the two with any burglaries they have may have committed in Evansville. Investigators are also looking in to the possibility that there are more people involved in the crimes.
Green and Sidener are being held in the Clark County Jail.
