(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition Sunday night after police say he was run over by a woman during an argument in a downtown parking lot.
Metro Police say the couple had been drinking and drove to the employee parking lot of the main post office shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday.
As the couple argued, the man, described by police as 35-years-old, was run over by the woman, who was driving the dark-colored sedan in which they arrived.
A police FACT team is investigating.
Police have not determined whether the woman drove over the man by accident or if she would be subject to criminal charges if she intentionally tried to injure him.
