(SCOTTSBURG) - Detectives from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg received information from the Scott County Division of Child Services that alleged 39-year-old James Terry of Scottsburg battered a small child and a female and then allegedly intimidated the female with death if she called the police.
After detectives spoke with Terry, he was arrested for battery, a Class D felony, intimidation, a Class D felony and domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
