(EVANSVILLE) - An Evansville man has been arrested after police say he stabbed a man at least five times.
It happened on Saturday at the Greyhound bus station in Evansville.
Police say 35-year-old Jack Wirth walked into the station and began stabbing a man in the neck.
Officers say that man had stayed with Wirth the night before and Wirth believed he had stolen items from his home. Officers say when they arrived, Wirth walked up to them and said, "I did it. You can take me now.'"
They say Wirth also had four other knives inside his coat. He was taken to Vanderburgh County Jail.
The victim was taken to Deaconess Hospital.
