(NEW ALBANY) - A teenager in Southern Indiana will be charged as an adult.
16-year-old Octavius Miller is accused of beating and robbing a man in an attack on Christmas Eve. Police said Miller robbed the victim at a New Albany car wash on Vincennes and East Elm in December.
He was in a Floyd County court room on Tuesday for the crime.
Miller has been charged with robbery resulting in bodily injury that could land him 20 years in prison.
