(JASPER) - Charges against two of six people accused in the abuse of resident at a Jasper nursing home have been dismissed.
Indiana State Police say the Attorney General's Office received a complaint about the possible abuse, and an investigation lead the to arrest six employees from Providence Home Health Care Center last February.
The Dubois County prosector's office says the charges of failure to report battery or neglect against Katrina Patterson and Sheryl Rockett were dismissed on February 26.
