(VANDERBURGH CO.) - Ira Beumer, the Vanderburgh County home owner accused of murder, has plead guilty to criminal recklessness, a Class C Felony.

Beumer told authorities he thought the suspects had kidnapped his daughter.
The high-profile trial for Beumer began on Monday.
The four surviving suspects accused of breaking into Beumer's home have been sentenced after pleading guilty to charges related to the case.
