Cooper, who is 18, was arrested for child cruelty and aggravated mayhem. Doctor's believe the baby boy also suffered head trauma.
According to The Sacramento Bee, police received a frantic call from a woman Thursday morning, claiming her infant was badly bleeding. When police arrived, they found the baby with a bloody face.
