(GREENWOOD) - A Greenwood Community Schools teacher was arrested over the weekend on preliminary charges of child seduction.
Police say a Greenwood High School teacher was found naked inside a vehicle with a 17-year-old student.
36-year-old Tim Guilfoy was arrested on preliminary charges of child seduction. He told officers they were having sex.
Guifoy has resigned from his job. He had been employed with the district since 2000.
Married with children, the former teacher's wife is also an employee of the school district.
Greenwood Community Schools officials say they will cooperate fully with the investigation, which is being led by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
