(COATESVILLE) - A Coatesville teen has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor after an investigation by the Department of Child Services, officials said.
The Indiana State Police and Putnam County DCS allege that Taylor Thornell, 18, of Coatesville, engaged in sexual acts with juveniles and sent an unclothed picture of himself to them via social media.
Thornell has been charged with one count of sexual misconduct with a minor, a class "C" felony, and two counts of distribution of matter harmful to a minor, a class "D" felony.
