(INDIANAPOLIS) - Eleven people are facing federal charges for their involvement in cocaine trafficking, officials announced Wednesday.
The charges stem from an investigation that began in March 2010 in the Butler-Tarkington neighborhood, where the defendants were storing cocaine in houses to sell to other dealers, according to court documents.
More than 40 people were arrested in January 2014 related to the investigation, and officials confiscated more than 6 kilograms of cocaine and almost $200,000 in cash.
