(UNDATED) - The ethics hearing for former State School Superintendent Tony Bennett has been delayed again.
The hearing that had already been delayed until May is now scheduled for August 14th.
Bennett's attorneys told the State Ethics Commission that it needed more time to look over dozens of documents it received from Inspector General David Thomas. Thomas filed the ethics charges in November, accusing Bennett of conducting campaign activity from his state office.
