(UNDATED) - An Indianapolis pediatric dietitian says healthy eating for kids should begin at home.
However, Kim Weiss of Peyton Manning Children's Hospital says schools should still offer kids healthy eating options. This comes as the issue of childhood obesity and healthy eating menus for school kids are big debates in Washington.
Weiss says parents ultimately carry the responsibility for the health of their kids. She says this begins with parents having good eating habits and passing them onto their children.
