(UNDATED) - General Motors is recalling more than 55,000 vehicles.
The automaker says it's recalling Saturns due to gear shift problems. The recall affects models from 2007 and 2008 with four-speed transmissions.
GM says a shift cable can fracture and if that happens while the car is moving, the driver won't be able to shift into "park" or remove the key from the ignition.
This problem creates a risk of the car rolling away. GM has not said when repairs will be available.
