(JOHNSON CO.) - Two parents face serious charges after allegedly driving their children while drunk.
The suspects were arrested in Johnson County in two separate incidents, both along State Road 37.
In the first case, 28-year-old Jessica Baldwin.. was arrested for OWI Friday night. Police spotted her driving recklessly with her 4-week-old baby strapped inside the car. Baldwin reportedly admitted to drinking when officers caught up with her at a gas station.
On Saturday, police arrested 42-year-old Jorge Moran on the same charge and for driving with a suspended license. Investigators said his blood alcohol level was 0.14 when he drove into a blocked-off crash scene. His 15-year-old daughter was in the car with him.
