(VANDERBURGH CO.) - An Evansville man is arrested after Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputies say he intentionally ran over his neighbor with a four-wheeler
75-year-old Robert Waters of Evansville contacted the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office after he say his neighbor ran him over with a four-wheeler.
Robert told sheriff's deputies he was measuring his property for a fence before the incident happened.
Sheriff's deputies spoke with the neighbor, 29-year-old Bradley Wallace, who admitted to intentionally running over Robert.
Authorities say Bradley told them he was tired of his neighbor "messing with him" and wanted him off his property.
Sheriff's deputies say Robert's nose appeared to be broken and one of his fingers was nearly dismembered.
He was transferred to Deaconess Hospital for treatment.
Bradley taken to the Vanderburgh County Confinement Center on charges of aggravated battery and criminal recklessness.
