(KOKOMO) - Howard County authorities are investigating the apparent drowning death of a two-year-old boy.
Medics found Daymian Newell unresponsive and not breathing Monday afternoon.
He is believed to have fallen into a pool. Two children found the boy floating face down and pulled him from the water.
