(ANDERSON) - The Indiana Supreme Court reversed decisions by trial and appellate courts and decided the 150-year sentences for two men convicted of a 2010 double murder in Anderson were inappropriate.
Jacob Fuller and Martez Brown had their sentences significantly reduced. Brown's was dropped to 80 years and Fuller's to 85 years.
A court justice stated age was a factor in the reversals. Brown was 16 at the time. Fuller was 15.
