(VAN BUREN) - Police say a northeastern Indiana teenager was badly hurt when he crashed while riding a skateboard and holding onto the back of a friend’s moving car.
The 16-year-old boy was injured Sunday in the Grant County town of Van Buren. The Chronicle-Tribune and WPTA-TV report the teen was flown by a medical helicopter to a Fort Wayne hospital.
Police say boy suffered severe head injuries, but information about his condition wasn't immediately released.
