(FORT WAYNE) - An investigation into wrong-doing by an Indiana Air National Guard commander appears to be coming to a close.
Officials with the Indiana Air National Guard have called a press conference for Wednesday morning to release findings of an internal review of Fort Wayne's 122nd Fighter Wing commander, Col. David Augustine.
The investigation comes after a concerns were raised about how the commander was using tax money and using base resources, including fighter jets. State Guard leaders enlisted an out of state investigator.
