(INDIANAPOLIS) - Former U.S. Senator and two-term Indiana Governor, Evan Bayh is keeping Indiana’s Democrats on hold as he contemplates a third run for the governor’s office.
The centrist, middle of the road Democrat is being eyed by moderate Democrat loyalists looking for a candidate to retake the governor's office. Bayh has been in their sights since he left the U.S. Senate three years ago.
Bayh says that he hasn't ruled out a run... but that a run for the statehouse is, less rather than more likely to happen.
