(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Marion County judge has ordered the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles to resume issuing personalized license plates.
The BMV had suspended sale of the plates after a judge found the agency violated a police officer'sfreedom of speech when revoking a license plate that read "OINK."
The bureau has asked the Indiana Supreme Court for a stay.
