(CLARK CO.) - An Indiana sheriff who authorities said gave a prostitute a deputy’s badge and uniform so she could get hotel discounts and then paid her for a sex act has been charged with lying to FBI agents.
A federal grand jury indictment charged Clark County Sheriff Daniel Rodden with providing false information and advising the woman to dispose of the credentials and uniform.
Rodden denies the allegations.
