(COLUMBUS, OH) - An Indiana National Guard soldier is in a bit of trouble.
According to the Anderson "Herald-Bulletin", an attorney for Andrew Scott Boguslawski says the Guardsman is asking for a diminished sentence after his arrest on unregistered explosives charges.
Boguslawski admitted back in April to possessing unregistered explosives in his car when his car was stopped in Ohio in early 2014. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a quarter-million-dollar fine at his sentencing in August.
