(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man was critically injured by Indy SWAT gunfire after police say he was caught firing his gun at a car with people inside.
Officers were conducting surveillance in the area in response to multiple incidents of shots fired over the past three days.
The officers witnessed the man open fire on the car and started to approach him, when he turned toward officers with a gun and was shot by one of the officers.
