(UNDATED) - The National Weather Service confirms nine tornadoes hit northern Indiana Tuesday.
Meteorologist Nick Greenawalt with the N-W-S office in northern Indiana says one of the strongest tornadoes was an EF-1 which was on the ground for about seven miles and crossed from Wabash County into Kosciusko County.
