(INDIANAPOLIS) - Public testimony is wanted on a proposal to build a mixed recycling and trash facility in Indianapolis.
A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
The 45-million dollar Advanced Recycling Center still requires approval from the Board of Public Works. City officials say the project would bring jobs, save money and reduce waste, but the Indiana Recycling Coalition has said Covanta's plan would have a negative impact for "decades to come."
