(UNDATED) - Indiana is targeting college students with a PR push to encourage them to complete their degree in four years.
90-percent of Indiana degree programs require 120 credit hours to graduate. That's 15 per semester.
But Commissioner for Higher Education Teresa Lubbers says CHE officials were startled to discover, in talking with student leaders, how many didn't realize a 12-credit-hour load leaves them behind schedule to finish school on time.
