(LAFAYETTE) - Police say alcohol was involved in an I-65 crash which left one person dead Thursday in Tippecanoe County.
State Police say a Isuzu Trooper passed a semi and when it pulled in front of the semi, the Isuzu then went off the road. The semi moved to the left lane when the Isuzu cut back across the interstate and drove under the right rear portion of the semi.
Police say the driver's blood-alcohol content was point-two-nine percent, nearly four times the legal limit.
