(KOKOMO) - The mayor of Kokomo was threatened with contempt of court Tuesday.
Judge William Menges sent a sheriff's deputy to bring Mayor Greg Goodnight to his courtroom.
Menges was concerned with some pipes being used as part of a trail expansion project outside the courthouse.
Goodnight said he was threatened with contempt of court if he did not remove the pipes. The pipes were later removed.
