One Killed In DeKalb County Crash

(HUDSON) - Police say alcohol may have played a role in a fatal DeKalb County weekend crash.

Authorities say 23-year-old Noe Munoz-Rubio was driving a BMW that left went off State Road 4 near County Road 11 rolled and struck a tree.

Rubio was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital for head, neck and facial injuries. He had to be removed from the car.

His passenger, 24-year old Christopher Hatch of Kendallvillle thrown from the car. Hatch was pronounced dead at the scene.
