(POSEY CO.) - Formal charges were filed Monday against the suspects who allegedly kidnapped Joelle Lockwood.
Lockwood disappeared on July 9 in Evansville.
Authorities say she was being held captive in a mobile home in Posey County by 37-year-old Ricky House and 44-year-old Kendra Tooley.
Lockwood was rescued Saturday night by a man who found out she was being kept in the home against her will.
Ricky House is facing 14 charges - four counts of rape, 1 count conspiracy to commit rape, 4 counts criminal confinement, 2 counts kidnapping, 1 count conspiracy to commit criminal confinement, 1 count battery resulting in bodily injury, and 1 count pointing a firearm.
Kendra Tooley is facing 10 charges - 2 counts of rape, 1 count conspiracy to commit rape, 4 counts criminal confinement, 2 counts kidnapping, and 1 count conspiracy to commit criminal confinement.
Bond has been set at $50,000 cash for both. Tooley has $150,000 surety. House has $500,000 surety.
Both have their next court dates on October 1.
