(COLUMBUS) - A Columbus man was arrested twice in a 12-hour span on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
20-year-old Paul Forster was arrested just after 9 a.m. Wednesday after crashing into another vehicle.
Police said he was driving under the influence of a prescription narcotic. He was released from the Bartholomew County Jail just after 3 p.m and was involved in another crash later in the day after he failed several sobriety tests.
