Judge Denies Motion To Dismiss Murder Charges

(WARRICK CO.) - A Warrick County judge has denied a motion to dismiss murder charges against David Lackey and Jade Stigall.

Both are charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of 35-year-old Joseph Nelson.

Nelson's body was found in a coal procession equipment on Alcoa property in February.

A third person involved in the case, Shawn Grigsby, pleaded guilty in July to conspiracy to commit murder.

He will be sentenced in late September.
