(JEFFERSONVILLE) - The Clark County Prosecutor says a woman who was killed and mutilated in her home had posted bond two months ago for the man accused in her killing.
The Courier Journal reports that 46-year old Tammy Blanton posted the $500 bond on July 31st for then-boyfriend Joseph Oberhansley of Jeffersonville. Oberhansley was released on charges of criminal recklessness and resisting arrest.
He was charged Monday with murder and abuse of a corpse.
