(SHIPSHEWANA)- A company that makes towable recreational vehicles says it will spend nearly $5 million to expand its operations in northern Indiana.
Shipshewana-based KZRV announced Monday it would build and equip a new lamination facility in that LaGrange County town and possibly add up to 125 workers in the next couple years.
The subsidiary of Elkhart-based Thor Industries says it expects to have the new facility fully operational by next summer in the town about 30 miles east of South Bend. KZRV now has more than 360 full-time Indiana workers.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says it offered KZRV about $1.25 million in tax credits and training grants based on its hiring plans.
