(SPENCER CO.) - Two Spencer County men were arrested for a molestation of a 13 year old Rockport girl.
On September 30, the Indiana Department of Children Services requested the assistance of the Indiana State Police to conduct an investigation into an allegation of child molestation.
Detective Troy Fischer found that on September 2, a 13-year-old girl had coordinated to meet 20-year-old Justin T. Robinson of Rockport and 21-year-old Brandon E. Rapp of Richland in the parking lot of "The Way", a halfway house in Rockport.
The 13-year-old provided Robinson and Rapp with a quantity of synthetic marijuana, and then had consensual sexual intercourse with Robinson in a van located in the parking lot, while Rapp waited outside as the look-out.
As a result of the investigation, charges were filed against Robinson and Rapp. Both were arrested without incident and lodged in the Spencer County Jail.
Robinson was charged with child molestation, while Rapp was charged with aiding in child molestation.
