Earl Taylor Granted New Trial

(TERRE HAUTE) - There’s still no decision on a change of venue request filed by an attorney for Earl Taylor.

Taylor is charged with murdering his first wife, Kathy, back in the 1970′s.

WTHI reports, Taylor's case was profiled on TNT's "Cold Justice," which prompted the change of venue request. Meanwhile, Taylor has a new trial date.

That was set for May 11. He's back in court on January 27.
