(FISHERS) - A Fishers teen allegedly prepared a list of steps and supplies before the killing of a 73-year-old man.
Court documents released Thursday reveal 17-year-old Maxwell Winkler laid out a plan to select and kill a victim. The body of Henry Kim was found Saturday night in Windermere Park.
A photocopied document purportedly found in Winkler's room shows a multi-step plan, including selecting "prey," how Winkler intended to approach his victim on his mountain bike, and how he would leave the scene and dispose of evidence.
