(UNDATED) - Indiana is calling on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to drop proposed regulations regarding carbon dioxide emissions.
Governor Pence calls them "ill-conceived and poorly constructed" and says it hurts states like Indiana that rely heavily on coal power.
The governor's office estimates more than 28,000 Hoosier jobs are tied to the industry.
