(INDIANAPOLIS) - Allegiant Airlines announced Tuesday the addition of non-stop jet service to Fort Lauderdale from Indianapolis beginning April 8.
Allegiant Airlines is the newest airline at the Indianapolis International Airport. Starting in February, they will offer nonstop trips to five destinations: Las Vegas, Orlando, Tampa Bay, southwest Florida and seasonal service to New Orleans.
Allegiant is a no frills, low cost airline. Most seats in its jets don't recline. You pay extra if you want an assigned seat. Checked bags cost extra. But, a ticket on Allegiant generally costs less.
The new flights will operate twice a week between Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Flight days, times and the lowest available fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
