(UNDATED) - Old National Bank has announced plans to sell off 17 of its banking centers and close or consolidate another 19 locations in Indiana, Southern Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
According to Old National's press release, among the branches to be closed is the Main Street Branch in Washington.
Other closings include the 6th Street branch in Vincennes, the 3rd Avenue branch in Jasper and the branch in Fort Branch.
Locations in Washington, Vincennes and Jasper will close next month, while the Fort Branch facility will close by Memorial Day.
First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust is seeking federal approval to purchase Old National deposits and banking center facilities at twelve banking centers in Illinois.
