(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Supreme Court has upheld the conviction and death sentence of Jeffrey Weisheit.
In July 2013, Weisheit was found guilty of setting fire to his girlfriend's Vanderburgh County home, killing her two young children inside back in April 2010.
In addition to the two murder convictions, Weisheit was also convicted of Arson.
Prior to his appeal, Weisheit had been scheduled to receive the lethal injection on June 19, 2014 in Michigan City.
