Eight Arrested After Warrant Sweep

(UNDATED) - On Wednesday, Indiana State Police conducted a warrant sweep in Scott, Jackson, and Clark counties.
Their efforts resulted in the arrest of eight people. One of the individuals arrested received additional charges after officers found him in possession of prescription pills and a handgun.
The warrant sweep consisted of officers from the Indiana State Police in Sellersburg as well as officers from the United States Marshals Service, the Scott County Sheriff's Department, the Austin City Police Department, and Scott County Community Corrections. As a result of ongoing drug investigations Troopers from the Indiana State Police Post in Sellersburg have arrested 25 individuals on warrant services in just the past six weeks.
The individuals arrested, their charges, circumstances, and place of incarceration are listed below.
- 42-year-old Jackson McGinnis of Scottsburg, IN, Dealing in Methamphetamine over 10 or more grams - Level 2 Felony. McGinnis was in the Scott County Jail for a separate Methamphetamine charge. The warrant was served on McGinnis at the Scott County Jail.
- 32-year-old Brandy Ann Neace of Scottsburg, IN, Dealing in Methamphetamine over 10 or more grams - Level 2 Felony, Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine - Level 5 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine -Level 6 Felony. Neace was arrested at her residence and was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
- 51-year-old Michael White of Austin, IN, Dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III Controlled Substance - Class B Felony. White was on Home Incarceration and GPS Detention at the time of his arrest. Scott County Community Corrections assisted in locating White at his residence. White was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
- 58-year-old Joe Gay Jr. of Austin, IN, Dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III Controlled Substance - Class B Felony. Gay was arrested at his residence and was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
- 34-year-old Jesse Bobb of Seymour, IN, Dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III Controlled Substance - Class B Felony. Bobb was arrested at the Seymour Police Department and transported to the Scott County Jail.
- 39-year-old Jerry Ray Stacy of Austin, IN, Possession of Hypodermic Needle - Level 6 Felony, Driving While Suspended - Class A Misdemeanor, False Informing - Class A Misdemeanor. Stacey also received new charges at the time of his warrant service after being found in possession of controlled substances. Stacey was also charged with Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance - Level 6 Felony and Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance - Level 6 Felony. Stacy was arrested at his residence and found in the possession of two types of prescription pills, a handgun, and $3,057.00 in U.S. Currency. Stacey was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
- 40-year-old Larry Eugene Huff of Austin, IN, Parole Violation, Fugitive from Justice - Felony. Huff was incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
- 33-year-old Taria L. Riley, 33 of Scottsburg, IN, Parole Violation, Fugitive from Justice - Felony. Riley was arrested at 363 Triangle Drive room 121, the Home Lodge, in Sellersburg, IN, and was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail.
