(AUSTIN) - State officials and physicians opened in Austin Tuesday to hold the first of weekly health clinics to be held at Foundations Family Medicine.
The IU Physician's Health Clinic will be held every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EDT) and will provide HIV testing, treatment and prevention services, as well as substance abuse treatment referrals.
Also at Foundations Family Medicine, the Indiana State Department of Health will be holding a "One-Stop Shop" to where community members can: get birth certificates, State-issued identification cards, become vaccinated against Tetanus and Hepatitis A and B, as well as enroll in HIP 2.0.
The One-Stop Shop will be open daily, beginning today, it will be located at Community Outreach Center at 2277 W. Frontage Rd.
