(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis Department of Public Works says crews have filled nearly 11,900 potholes since the beginning of this year.
WTHR-TV reports city officials say workers have been working six days a week, filling nearly 250 potholes a day.
There are still more than 2,600 requests to fill potholes around Indianapolis. The department encourages residents to report potholes on their website or by phone.
The department has spent about $1.2 million on repairing potholes so far this year.
