(PERU) - A Peru man is in custody after he allegedly threatened a former employer and sent 13,000 Facebook messages to a woman he worked with at the company.
20-year-old Brandon K. Studebaker made threatening telephone calls to a business in Angola, and is also accused of sending in excess of 13,000 messages via Facebook private messaging to a female employee of the same company over the last two years.
The woman told police that at first she thought they were spam until she read some and realized they were "threatening and disturbing in nature."
Studebaker is currently being held in the Stueben County Jail on $15,000 bond. He faces a felony charge of stalking and four felony charges of intimidation.
