(KOKOMO) - Recently, a stop at the McDonald’s on 201 East Lincoln Street, Kokomo by Indiana State Trooper Chuck Meyer led to the arrest of an employee.
Monday at approximately 9:14 a.m., Trooper Meyer was entering the restaurant when he allegedly saw
20-year-old Samantha Cole Sheridan, of Greentown, sitting in a Toyota Camry, in the parking lot, smoking what appeared to be a hand rolled marijuana cigarette.
When Meyer approached Sheridan, he smelled the odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Further investigation revealed numerous partially burnt marijuana cigarettes inside the Toyota. Officers also found drug paraphernalia.
Sheridan was arrested and taken to the Howard County Jail on criminal charges for possession of marijuana under 30 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sheridan was allegedly on a break when she was arrested.
