(CLARKSVILLE) - Authorities have identified the bodies of a mother and daughter who were found dead in a Clarksville apartment Wednesday morning.
The bodies of 67-year-old Annette Morrison and her daughter, 47-year-old Sheilon Morrison, were found in an apartment complex in the 1500 block of Byron Drive, a little after 10 a.m. after a concerned citizen requested a welfare check.
When officers entered the apartment they found the bodies of the two women. Police say one of the women "showed signs of medical problems" that may have contributed to her death, and the second woman "showed initial signs of overdose."
Police say both victims will be examined at the Medical Examiner's office for possible foul play. Based on the Medical Examiners findings, a final report will be added with the examiner's results.
